Boolean

A boolean is represented with true or false.

Dates and Times

Use ISO 8601 format for passing in and out dates and times. Use UTC as timezone.

Date 2015-07-02
Combined date and time in UTC 2015-07-02T14:47:47Z

Currency

Use 3-character ISO-4217 codes for specifying currencies.

Country

Use country codes defined by the ISO 3166-1-alpha-2 code standard.

Amount

Use the format [0-9]+(.[0-9]+)? to represent an amount like money. Separate amount and currency in different fields.

UUID

A UUID or GUID is represented in the Format ‘dddddddd-dddd-dddd-dddd-dddddddddddd’ where each d represents [A-Fa-f0-9].
